Vintage pair of art deco glass vases
The art deco period wasn’t only defined by angular and geometric design but also by the use of primary colour. These matched vases are a great example of how colour was used to create major impact and give a fresh new highlight to decoration. The glass vases are a rich orange colour with a pinch waisted shape. The lip of each vase has a sterling silver collar which are hallmarked for a London assay in 1925, made by Henry Perkins and Sons. The vases stand 6” (152mm) tall on bases which are 3” (76mm) in diameter. Postage will be determined at point of sale and is a cost to the buyer. We do this to ensure that our charges are accurate and fair.
