Opalescent glass vase with opaline base & handle by Sevres of France
The body of this circa 1950’s opalescent vase/ewer jug is best described as being baluster shaped, sitting on a raised foot with the same opaline glass as the handle. Made in France by the renowned Sevres Factory in France, as indicated by the etched identification stamp on the base. The vase/ewer stands 260mm tall on a base with a diameter of 86mm diameter. No damage seen on inspection, in fact not much evidence of usage previously.
