1960’s Lady Sheaffer 903 lifetime fountain pen with 14K ‘Triumph’ nib

This 1960’s Lady Sheaffer 903 fountain pen with the “Moire” finish to cap and barrel is another treasure from Auld Curiosities. This American pen company started in 1912 and grew to be a leader in the industry due to innovation and a commitment to quality that allowed the offer of a lifetime guarantee for each pen (denoted by the white dot on the shirt clip). By the late 1950’s, Sheaffer pens had distributers throughout many countries, including Australia, as can be seen by the nib of this pen. The “Triumph” style 14K gold nib is nib is stamped as a 585 with the Sheaffer logo and Australia.
