Antique Lancaster Fire and General glass paperweight

The Lancaster Fire and General Insurance company was founded in England in 1861, changing its name in 1920 – so this paperweight falls in between that age range. It appears to have been well used with multiple flea-bite sized chips and surface scratches plus one bigger chip on the under rim surface (see images). There have been different designs in the past but this one, with both crests, appears to well valued.
