German porcelain art nouveau/art deco era dancing woman figurine

Tonight’s offering from Auld Curiosities is a porcelain, art deco figurine of a dancing woman. The pose is very traditional for the art deco era, elegant and full of dignified class but also with energy and pizzazz. There are signs of wear to the coloured glaze, but this may be due to poor application as it isn’t restricted to the raised surfaces. The base mark can be seen in the 5th image and consists solely of the word Germany in red. With no maker’s name it is difficult to share much knowledge about this piece. Indeed, the difference may only be a few decades but it would sit more comfortably if I could be unequivocal – therefore considering both wear and the base mark, I have priced the piece conservatively. She stands 6 3/8” (162mm) tall and apart from the glaze wear has no defects
