9ct gold bar brooch with a centre mounted heart

This sweet little bar brooch is a delight. The Bar holds a well-shaped heart, centred, and holding some attractive engraving, while retaining enough room to personalise the brooch with initials etc. The straight pin fastener looks like brass rather than gold, and I have sought to address this in the weight estimate by removing a generous 0.2grams from the total of 1.7 grams as measured on an Ohaus triple beam corrected to a standard 2 grams prior to this weighing. The brooch is 43mm long.
