Victorian era, cast iron wall plaque with a well recognised representation of Charles Dickens

This is an intriguing item by today’s standards – would we seek to put the image of a current writer on our wall? I love books, I love reading but I think I would draw the line at having a cast metal (probably iron) portrait of an author on the wall – well not so far. For this offering the author is Charles Dickens and the likeness is a well-recognised one. No makers name seen. The plaque is 7” (179mm) deep and has a maximum width of 5 ½” (140mm).
