Vintage, hand-made Waterford Crystal Jug – Lismore pattern

This offering, for your consideration from Auld Curiosities, is a superb water jug by Waterford Crystal from the Republic of Ireland, in the Lismore pattern. This jug is a great vintage piece, identified as Waterford by both the foil ‘Seahorse’ label and also by an acid etch mark just below the lower terminal of the handle. The jug has the weight that only comes from good quality crystal, this weighs in at just a smidgen under 1 kilogram before packaging. This pre-owned piece has obviously been well looked after and is free from and chips or cracks. The jug comfortably holds 550mls or in imperial measure approximately 1.2 pints.
