Vintage pair of porcelain napkin rings, hand enameled and signed by artist

The days of napkins at the table for all meals have gone some time ago. However the attraction of napkin rings remains strong, mostly with sterling silver construction. This pair deviates from that in as much as they are porcelain, but with beautiful artwork in the enameling. The enamel artist has signed each piece but I confess the name C Hugh isn't known to me and doesn't create a meaningful reference on the internet as far as I can find. Condition is perfect and age range would certainly be prior to 1999, when the company was sold to Moorcroft Enamels.
